Stefan is a highly accomplished, international top retail and healthcare executive with more than 15 years of success at some of Germany’s and Europe’s most respected retail chains. He has transformed struggling retail and healthcare companies into lean and efficient operations.

Enoc loves planning big events, designing and presenting workshops, and facilitating innovation teams! Before joining FHIL, Enoc worked at the collegiate level teaching leadership to young. After two decades of living in places with harsh winters, he is happy to live in Orlando where people wear coats when it’s 70 degrees. When not at FHIL, Enoc likes to window-shop for cars, play his bass guitar, and discover new restaurants.
Morgan is an Innovation Catalyst at the Florida Hospital Innovation Lab. She drives the internal side of FHIL and leads the FHIL Samurai Program.
Morgan has a background in Psychology and Service and Experience Design. Her Master’s thesis work concentrated on creating services for foreign, pregnant women adjust to their new culture and receive healthcare services.
Morgan loves spending time at the beach, kayaking, and doing stained glass!
At the Florida Hospital Innovation Lab Keely’s work focuses on managing projects and connecting groups to catalysts.
Before finding FHIL, Keely worked in healthcare for nearly two years and was a project manager for a creative design firm. She is currently working on her Masters in Organizational Behavior.
On the side, Keely skateboards with her dogs, mountain bikes, and has stellar cooking skills!
Trevor is a flexible FHILie who spends his time between internal and external FHIL projects. After graduating from Rollins College, he earned his MBA from the University of Tampa and is an entrepreneur at heart. Along with being a skilled innovator, Trevor loves sailing around the atlantic and gulf coasts.
Alexis has a true Midwestern souls hailing from Bloomington-Normal, Illinois. She moved south to Orlando, Florida to pursue her education at Rollins College. Alexis graduated from Rollins in 2016 with a degree in psychology, and during her time there, played collegiate softball and published an article on the topic of perceived resilience. Alexis is now pursuing her Master's Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at the University of Central Florida. When Alexis is not at FHIL, she loves to explore new beaches and state parks!

Richard Regan Paul is an Innovator that brings over 20 years of film/TV, live theater, and interactive/improvisational theater experience to FHIL.
Richard has performed, taught, devised, directed and consulted hundreds of theatrical troupes, professional groups, and companies such as Price Waterhouse Cooper, Walt Disney World, Orlando Shakespeare Festival, and Siemens.
He utilizes improvisational theater toward education, personal/group development, social justice, and innovation since improvisation and Design Thinking as both are human- centered & intuitive in nature.
Be on the look out for Richard on the “silver screen” for the upcoming Warner Bros feature film Geostorm coming to theaters everywhere in October 2016!
Kyle joined FHIL in March, 2016 and is a recent Rollins College graduate holding a degree in business management. After graduating, Kyle had aspirations of working in the sports industry; however, since coming to FHIL he has found his home in innovation. Kyle has worked on a variety of projects with internal teams and external companies. He also works as a part of the social media team. When he’s not at FHIL, Kyle is an avid ping pong player and former collegiate basktetball player.
Patrick O'Connor is an organic import from Sault Ste Marie, Ontario, Canada, where he learned to paddle canoes, make maple syrup and run huskies in a straight line. Inspired by Saturday morning cartoons, comics and tabletop roleplaying games, he has developed a strong illustration background with work in print, props and digital. A fan favorite at Daily City's Cardboard Art Festival, he's earned recognition for his volunteer design work on the Ivanhoe Promotions Board with the Orlando Mainstreet Award for Volunteer of the Year, the FSCAA Award for Best Overall Design, and a nomination for Partners in Excellence while working at Disney.
Andy is an Orlando native who is from Michigan and born in California. He is a facilitator at FHIL who draws upon his undergraduate in Anthropology and Global Health to try to connect with people in a deep way and understand how to connect the bigger picture of medicine. He hopes to be a professor one day and believes that FHIL is a great place to hone these skills. In his free time, Andy likes to play guitar, go experience local eateries, and sleep as much as he can.
